Yoga Lab -Flow & Inversions Sun June 25 10:30am -4:30pm
Location: Flatiron district
Open to all levels, in this 6h asana workshop we will start with an open circle to introduce ourselves, followed by a short pranayama meditation session that will lead into a 90 minute strong flow vinyasa class. After a light lunch and break we will continue with the path to inversions workshop, where we will cover the basics foundations that lead into shirshasana or headstand, tripod headstand and pincha mayurasana or forearm stand and how to move around fear of being upside down. I will offer hand on assist, and we will play with walls as well as Q&A to discuss where in the practice you feel you need help.
$75 Flow and Lab fee
