Your practice . Your Breath.

With out attachment to performing , in our practice together you will find space to breathe, to quiet the ego as you move your body energetically with intuition. We will always chant OM after setting an intention: A gift, an offering to make your life and the life of those around you better.

Yoga came to me about 13 years ago. At first it took some time to see beyond the physical benefits of the practice and to learn to ease into mantras, chanting and Sanskrit words without judgment.

Now I love a good dharma talk, a strong playful flow, always with options to modify an awesome playlist and to end in savasana, the asana that allows us to detach from the body and enjoy all the lightness created in the practice.

To me Yoga is the dance between my body, my breath and my mind. The practice is my safe place, where I can let go and find myself. Is where I go inwards, and hear the sound of my heart . I have practiced many different styles of yoga, from a free and playful flow to a full  Ashtanga practice, and learned that Yoga is made for all. I take little bits from here and there to create my own dynamic vinyasa sequences.
